Private or Semi-Private Meditation Sessions

How It Works 

Private instruction is a great way to tailor a program to meet your specific needs and is available for you individually (Private), or for a group of up to 5 people (Semi-Private). 

Sessions

This program is accessible to both beginners and seasoned meditators.  Beginners will be introduced to the basics of meditation and learn how to practice.  For those who have been meditating for awhile, this program will provide support for your practice and the opportunity to participate in group meditations.  Sessions will be customized to focus on your individual needs.  Examples of focus areas for meditation include stress reduction, relief from depression, anxiety, worries, and fears.

This program (whether Private or Semi-Private) can be designed as a monthly commitment where sessions are held on a weekly basis.  The day of the week and time of day will be agreed upon by you and I (Private), or the group and I (Semi-Private). It would be the responsibility of the Semi-Private group to coordinate, amongst themselves, a mutually agreeable day/time.  Alternatively, if you would like to set up sessions intermittently, this can also be arranged to meet your needs and schedule.

Location

The sessions will be arranged and conducted in a mutually agreed upon location.
